In 2009, Pepplish Provisions founder Tim Fraczak thought to himself, "All these hot sauces either melt my face off or lack flavor. Why can't I have both?" Inspired to make a hot sauce with deep flavor and fiery heat, Tim began experimenting with making hot sauce using some of the hottest peppers he could find. 

After receiving encouragement from his wife to start selling his hot sauce concoctions commercially, Tim opened Pepplish Provisions to the public! Today, Pepplish Provisions sells over half a dozen hot sauces, all with complex, delicious flavors and the heat to go along with it.
