About the Sauce: Moe Mountain Hot Sauce has a beautiful take on an everyday flavor first jalapeño verde hot sauce. They take a fermented jalapeño pepper mash and add fresh onion, garlic and lime juice to make a truly refreshing hot sauce.
This sauce won 1st Place, Best Jalapeño Sauce at the NYC Hot Sauce Expo Screaming Mi Mi Awards.
Uses: I love the mix of the verde sauce on some tomato and red dominant dishes like pizza and pasta. Also great on tacos and burritos!
