About the Sauce: Recipe #56, Smokey Red Pepper Chipotle Sauce was the sauce that Connie decided to finally bring to market and start Caulfield Provision Company. As the name describes, it is a smoky sauce that comes from chipotle and red jalapeno peppers.
Uses: It brings a mild/medium heat and provides that smoky flavor that pairs really well with fish, chilli and my favorite food to use it on is a breakfast sandwich.

Cooking has always been a passion for Connie Caulfield, owner of Caulfield Provision Company. Connie remembers the first time she tried hot sauce: she was dared to try Tabasco sauce at a local mall with friends. To her friend's surprise, she thoroughly enjoyed the heat, beginning her love affair with hot sauce and spicy foods.
Hot sauce remained a part of Connie's life for years to come, and in the spring of 2016, she suggested to her husband that they take a stab at professionally making hot sauce. After agreeing to take this leap of faith, they learned to use their different cooking and work styles together to create a dynamic line of hot sauces. Caulfield Provision Company quickly grew from a passion project to a successful business.
