I met Bravado Spice at the NYC Hot Sauce Expo last year, and their fruit-based sauces really stood out to me. We will both be at the Expo again in a couple weeks and look forward to reconnecting with them and getting some of their craft hot sauces on our website. Their co-owner James Nelson (who was actually on MasterChef season 4) shares a little bit about their background and operation. Many thanks, Bravado!
My passion for hot sauce came from my passion for cooking and entertaining. My team & I love to eat and love spicy food even more! What started out as a table sauce for a dinner party turned into a growing business specializing in bold & unique flavor profiles.
Bravado Spice started in 2012 as a small batch company. We grew over the next 4 years to showcase over 7 products in 37 states. Hand cut fruit, vegetables & peppers. No artificial junk. Our flagship product is our critically acclaimed Pineapple & Habanero Hot Sauce.
My background is tech, so we’ve always approached running Bravado Spice in a different light. We care deeply about customer service, quality & branding. The tools we use enable us to deliver deeper, more enriching experiences for our customers and clients.
